1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags and identifiers. They can make a website work, protect forms, remember choices and measure how the website is used.
2. How we use cookies
We use strictly necessary technologies to operate and secure the website, protect forms and remember your cookie choices. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to measure website use, understand interactions and improve content and user experience.
We do not currently use advertising, behavioural targeting or social-media tracking cookies. Microsoft Clarity is used for analytics, heatmaps and session replay, not to create advertising audiences. If this changes, we will update this policy and the consent banner before those technologies are used.

5. Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 uses first-party cookies to distinguish users and sessions. Analytics cookies are not set until you choose to accept analytics cookies. If you reject them, the website will continue to work, but we will receive less information about how it is used.
Google Analytics may collect session statistics, approximate location, browser and device information and interactions with the website. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising audiences on this website unless we update this policy and obtain any required consent.
6. Microsoft Clarity
Microsoft Clarity helps us understand how visitors use the website through analytics, heatmaps and session recordings. It may collect page and device information and interaction events such as clicks, scrolling, mouse movements, page visibility and technical errors. Clarity uses pseudonymous identifiers to connect interactions into visits.
Clarity is treated as non-essential analytics. Its cookies are not set until analytics consent is granted. If consent is not granted, Clarity may provide limited cookieless measurement, depending on our configuration. Sensitive form input, numbers and email addresses are masked by default. We do not use Clarity for advertising or retargeting.
7. Google reCAPTCHA
Google reCAPTCHA is used on website forms to detect spam and automated abuse. Google states that reCAPTCHA sets the necessary _GRECAPTCHA cookie when it is executed for risk analysis. reCAPTCHA may receive technical and behavioural information such as IP address, device and browser data and interaction signals.
Where technically appropriate, reCAPTCHA should load only on pages or interactions where form protection is required. Google’s own privacy information and terms apply to its processing.
8. CookieYes
CookieYes provides our consent banner and preference controls. It records whether you accepted, rejected or customised optional cookies and is used to pass your analytics choice to Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. The cookieyes-consent cookie is necessary to remember that choice.
9. Managing your choices
When you first visit, the cookie banner allows you to accept or reject optional cookies and open detailed settings. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are categorised as Analytics. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” control in the website footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
You can also control cookies through your browser. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the website, including forms and preference controls, from working correctly.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website technologies or suppliers change. We will update the inventory after material changes and display the current effective date.
